Michael R. Connelly

Michael combines his passion for design and building with Atlanta real estate. As a lifelong Atlantan and third generation President at R.L. Connelly & Company, Inc., his contracting experience brings a heightened awareness when it comes to buying and selling a home.

Inspired by the design elements of a project, Michael studied Interior Design at the American College of Arts, interned with commercial interior design firm Brooks-Burr, and later found his place within the family design+build firm leading construction projects and heading design.

His experience offers clients valuable insights into the ever-changing market, its current trends, undesirable fads and specifically the cost versus value of renovation and construction projects.
